Nathan

Like many others in the valley, Nathan is a Vail transplant who quickly became a committed local. Nathan’s experience as a real estate agent in the Vail Valley, his education in business management, and experience in the Vail hospitality industry means he understands what it takes to operate your property successfully. You can trust that every detail of caring for your home will be accounted for and that your guests will be satisfied.

Two people sitting with their dogs at a Christmas market. A woman on the left is wearing a hat and a tan coat with a furry collar, and a man on the right is dressed in a gray jacket with a hood. They are positioned near a decorated Christmas tree, which is adorned with ornaments, pinecones, and a large star on top. The woman’s dog is a black and gray breed in an orange jacket, and the man’s dog is a large brown breed in an orange jacket with a bow tie. There are wooden gift boxes and other holiday decorations on the cobblestone ground.

Ashley

Ashley is a long-time local with experience across the valley. You may have seen her at the Vail Farmers’ Market on Sundays — She owns and operates Old Soul Home Creations, crafting quality home goods from plant hangers to hat racks. Ashley is experienced and prepared to support you and your guests at every turn.

Kirsten

Kirsten moved to the Vail Valley in 2008 and instantly felt at home even though she had lived in amazing locales like Hawaii, Sonoma County Wine Country, and San Diego. Her foray into the real estate world began at an early age when she observed her parents investing in "fixer" homes that they remodeled and sold. Kindled at an early age, she is now able to use that knowledge to help clients in the Vail Valley and beyond.
