Who We Serve

We Manage Second Homes for out-of-State Owners in Vail & Beaver Creek

Most of our clients have one thing in common: they own a home they love in the Vail Valley, and they don't live here full time.

They come for ski season, for summer weeks, for holidays. The rest of the year, that home is sitting in one of the harshest alpine environments in Colorado — with temperature swings of 60+ degrees, heavy snow loads, freeze-thaw cycles, and all the small things that can quietly become expensive problems when no one is watching.

That's where we come in.

The Clients We Serve

Our clients tend to fall into a few familiar profiles:

  • The Denver-based professional: Close enough to visit regularly, but too busy to manage the details. You want a local partner you can trust completely, not just a name on a website.

  • The Texas or Florida family: You make it to Vail two or three times a year. Your home is a significant investment and a cherished gathering place. You need absolute confidence it's being cared for between visits.

  • The New York or California executive: You bought in Vail for the lifestyle — not to deal with maintenance calls. You expect a level of service that matches the home you bought.

  • The recent second-home buyer: You just purchased and you're learning what mountain homeownership actually requires. You want a trusted guide who knows every contractor, every quirk of the valley, and how to protect your asset from day one.

What We Provide

Every Woodland client receives a weekly walkthrough of their property, a photo-documented report sent directly to them, and full coordination of any maintenance or repairs needed. We are your eyes, ears, and hands on the ground — and we treat your home the way we'd want ours treated.

We do not manage vacation rentals. Our entire focus is on privately used homes. That means you get our full attention — not a split between your needs and guest turnover.

Sound Like You?
If you own a home in Vail Village, Lionshead, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, Arrowhead, Cordillera, or the surrounding communities — and you want a local team you can genuinely rely on — we'd love to talk.
